New Jersey mushrooms


All of these mushrooms were foraged by our mushroom guy Jim. We are currently receiving cinnabar reds, chanterelles, milky mushrooms, and black trumpets. We are just about to go into New Jersey chanterelle season which is always an exciting time. Many thanks to Jim for all of his extremely time consuming work.

    I would love to know who your mushroom guy Jim is. I’d love to get locally foraged mushrooms for my restaurant or find someone to take me foraging! Thanks!

    Believe it or not, I’d love to talk to Joe as well! I’m looking for some specific pics of mushrooms for a b-day present for my wife.
