I would wash dishes, sweep, take out trash, pick herbs, anything you needed. I am a chef in Pittsburgh, I can send you my resume if you're interested. I am an extremely hard worker, and I am also humble enough to know my place in someone else's kitchen. I wouldn't expect to, or be disappointed if I didn't even get to touch food, I would just be very happy to take part in something like this dinner.
